We are thrilled to announce the inaugural Winnipeg Comiccon! This first edition will be held at the RBC Convention Centre, from October 30 to November 1, 2020.
While this will be our first venture in Winnipeg, over the last 15 years, our organization has hosted over 40 pop culture conventions in Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City. Our first events were small comic book shows, which grew to integrate science-fiction, fantasy, anime, horror, video games, tabletop gaming, cosplay, and more!
We realize many people loved the many years that Central Canada Comic Con (C4) was the central pop culture event. With this new iteration, our goal is not to replace what came before, but to deliver a fan experience that pop culture enthusiasts have been yearning for. Take note that the C4 Facebook page will be rebranded to Winnipeg Comiccon in the coming months, so that we can reach as many fans as possible with awesome and amazing news on guests and activities.
